Debs Daily Deliberations 220

1 minute read time.

Sunday a day of rest - not in our house!  Up around 8.35am and Tony cooked us all egg or bacon (or both) rolls.  The boys stayed at home and Lara, Tony and myself headed off to the leisure centre for the monthly plyometric class - speed & agility for sport. Had a good chat with the parents, the topic of conversation went from X Factor, IACGMOOH to ET (which is 27 years old).

The weather was dreadful, it was bucketing down so a quick dash to the car and home and dry.  We didn't have to go out again (thank goodness) so we had a great family day.  Curtains drawn we watched an old film and then mid afternoon Deck The Halls with Danny DeVito and Matthew Broderick, lovely family xmas fun film (seen it before but hey ho) and just as it finished, I dished up the Roast Beef, roast potatoes, roast parnsnips, savoy cabbage, leek and broccoli (our 5 a day) and yorkshire puds.

After dinner the boys played Call of Duty until it was time for the X Factor result show.  SuBo was still sounding a bit strange to me when they chatted to her!  Olly was in the bottom two, but even though he is from Essex his last two weeks performances haven't been great.....so not a surprise really.  It finally happened, Jedward have left the building but I doubt thats the last we see of them!

Time for I'm A Celeb and there was nearly another "Rumble In The Jungle" Indifferent  Not sure who I would have put my money on for that one!!!!!!  Just read today (Monday) that Katie Price has quit and left the show now - ah well.  I headed to bed around 10.30pm as Monday I start my last cycle of chemo (for now anyway) and I can't wait!

taken in my front garden, gotta love a Bleeding Heart!

    Hi Debs

I have always been into X Factor and Britian's Got Talent, but since I met my boyfriend, I've had to endure the likes of Big Brother and I'm A Celb too! Yes Debs, I've not been impressed with Oli either (throughout really). He's ok, but others are better. As for Katie, well, I'll have to 'endure' it all tonight (I can't believe my other half has 'made' me get into these bleedin' shows lol!!!

    Love

    Monna xx

PS Am I the only person in the world who doesn't think Katie Price is all bad?!

I don't watch Big Bro - at least I haven't the last couple of years but yes Monna, I think you might find yourself sitting with the Jedward fans LOL

I love trash TV - especially "I'm a Celeb". I am very much in Team Andre but would pay good money to see Katie Price being truly herself, just once! I am not liking Joe very much at the min. I watch for the pure genius of Ant & Dec - made me laugh so much the other day I snorted my wine out my nose (this is when you know it's true love with your other half - when that happens and they can still look at you with love eyes!) Not sure now I mind who wins XFactor, still loving Stacey though just because she's so hilarious and like 2 different people when she's singing and then not.
