Help from joycee

Less than one minute read time.
Thank you Joycee, That was a great help, I also got similar advice from admin so thanks to them also. I have an appointment tomorrow with physio at the hospital. Ever since my op 20 months ago I have had trouble with my right shoulder. The op took a lot longer than expected due to the calcification of the lung caused by the radio therapy. As the lung was removed from high up under my left arm this must have put a lot of strain on the rotator cuff. So off we go to war again. Still cheerful that this time it is mechanical not clinical, if that makes sense. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Good morning Hirtabill.   Glad that I was of some help to you ....... sounds like your operation has caused a bit of a physio problem for you, but I do think that once we have had any kind of surgery we are left with some problem or another ( I had surgery / RT for mouth cancer and the repercussions of that have left me with eating issues )

So regarding your shoulder ....... as you are already in the Lung Cancer group it would be better if you posted your question there as more people will see it and be able to offer their help and advice. We have some lovely people in that group who will be happy to offer support ....... so give it a try.

That ' Help ' tab at the top of the page also covers discussions / posts on the different groups and you can just jump into a discussion if you want. If you are having problems with the site then contact Admin and they will help you out ....... I'm not brilliant with PCs myself and sometimes need a hand ! Good luck.
