Just found out about a little-known or publicised benefit available from Welsh water - If you are claiming benefits and also have a medical condition that needs you to use lots of water - frequent use of toilet or bathing for instance, Welsh Water customers can change bill to £250 for the current billing year (mine is usually over £500) check it out here - http://www.dwrcymru.com/English/library/publications/Welshwaterassist/english.pdf
