I am new at this

Less than one minute read time.
Hi I am new to this not sure If I have done this right, computers and me do not mix. Just wanted to know if anyone has advice on getting back to normal eating after nasopharyngeal cancer treatment My husband has just finished his treatment well 6 weeks ago, and we are struggling how to move on. As I say I am not very good on the computer not sure if I have set up this blog right, so I will push the button and hope for the best. Look forward to hearing from anyone

Ps. just remembered something else. If he has had radiotherapy he will probably have a cough and dry mouth- I still do. I carry a bottle of water everywhere and constantly chew sugar free gum as the salivary glands don't work. Be careful with sugar as thrush can be a problem( well I suppose that includes alcohol too) anyway he will find things poss different to me but when I did get oral thrush the tea tree gargle helped immensly and when oral thrush became very bad ( which he may not get ) I found a herbal supplement called DIDA ( from health shops ) excellent. It illiminates thrush from the body. Good luck.
