I will be having my second TAC chemo on Mon 16th if all ok with blood test. Last week whilst on holiday I spent two nights in Withybush Hospital with an infection. Hard to believe, as I had little contact with anyone or anything. However the staff were great and Dr Anne was fab and soon I was back enjoying the North Pembrokeshire coast with my husband and four year old son
I have been told by my consultant not to go to the office whilst having treatment due to the size of the open plan office and air con. So will try and get a fit to work note to work from home with limited office visits.
I am moulting quite nicely now and will get my head shaved on Saturday and then everyone will know I am a cancer patient!
I would love to hear from anyone who is on the same chemo who has horses and is work restricted
