My name is Merv, and I'm a bloke; my father was a bloke, too, and so was his father before him. I like being a bloke because I get to do all sorts of brilliant blokey stuff - and, because I'm a bloke, I'm pretty darn good at it. But, just like a lot of other blokes, there's one thing in particular that I'm not so good at: talking about my health and wellbeing. But I'm now on a mission to change all that - even if I have to do it one bloke at a time!
