During this time, there may be some disruption with logging into the Online Community. This will be temporary and if you see any error messages, please come back and try to log in another time.
We know how important the Community is as a source of support for our members, so we always do our best to ensure the site is not unavailable for any longer than necessary.
Please know that if you can’t log into your Community account, you will still be able to view the Community and read posts and discussions for support.
We understand that this may impact members who rely on the Online Community for peer support. Do remember that our Support Line teams are here to help from 8am on Thursday for your support – even if all you need is a listening ear. You can contact the Nurses and Cancer Support Advisors via the Macmillan Support Line 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm.

The Community team are also here to help however we can.
