On Tuesday 31st August, the Community will be down for maintenance from 2pm – 8pm. This means the Community will not be accessible during these hours.
We’re carrying out some planned maintenance, which will help ensure the Community continues to run smoothly. This maintenance will not impact anything that users see on the site and only consists of ‘under the hood’ fixes and upkeep. This maintenance will help us continue to improve the Community and make sure we’re working with the latest software updates.
Whilst the Community is down, please remember there’s still lots of support available for you. We have our Support Line, which is available 7 days a week from 8am-8pm on freephone 0808 808 00 00. Our teams are also available via webchat and email.
The Community Team will be here throughout the maintenance, so if you have any questions or need any help you can contact us directly via email on community@macmillan.org.uk or by webchat and selecting the ‘Online Community Help’ option. The Community Team is available 8am-8pm Monday- Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday.
