We're just posting an update to let you all know that the Online Community will be experiencing some downtime this week. This is due to some planned maintenance.
This maintenance will be taking place on:
Thursday 17th March
7:00am - 10:00am
You will be unable to log in to the Online Community during this time. This means that you will not be able to create or reply to posts, or view private messages.
Our planned maintenance is taking place to ensure that the Online Community can work in the best way it can. We always do our best to ensure the site is not unavailable for any longer than necessary.
We understand that this may impact members who rely on the Online Community for support and comfort. We hope we can reassure you that during this time, our Support Line is fully available if you need someone to talk to. You can also reach our information and support team, nurses and other teams on the Support Line 7 days a week, 8am-8pm on freephone 0808 808 00 00, email or live webchat. They are here to listen and help you find the right support.
The Community team are here to help however we can. You can contact us directly via email on community@macmillan.org.uk if you have any questions or concerns about the planned maintenance. The Community Team is available 8am-8pm Monday- Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday.
You can also contact us via webchat by clicking here and selecting ‘Online Community help’ from the dropdown menu. The Community team is available to support you over webchat between Monday – Friday 8am-8pm.
