I called into my surgery this morning to have a blood sample taken for my talk with my nurse on Thursday. I asked for my usual BP test as I can then send an extra reading to the hospital. It has dropped to 156/80, the last check was 151/92. (In past tests the bottom numbers have been 100+) I'm not sure what the first 3 numbers are, but I have been told that it is the bottom number which is the important one to look for. So, based on what I have been told, I think I have something to crow about
