Totally forgot about my Blogs yesterday I had been going around like a fly with a blue bum, shopping for food, the preparing it for today's evening meal (pork ribs marinating in Hoi Sin and Dark Soy). I had also spent a few hours sorting and 'playing' with photographs.
Carol wanted a challenge for when she has her operation on her knee(s) later in February/March(?) One of her many interests is Pergamano (Parchment craft). She took a photo of a 'float' (one of 100+) when we were in Weston-S-Mare in November during the carnival. She liked the image but wanted to have a 'spooky look to it. So, here is stage two of my little project.I need to remove the chap at the front. As luck would have it, I will not cause too much damage to the final image (I hope). Stage three will be to copy the image and convert it to a line drawing, which will make it easier to trace out. When she goes to her class after the holiday, she is going to take the images and ask for advice on 'how to do it'. She thinks she knows what the reply will be... "As a recent newcomer to the art, you will find it too much" That is something you do NOT tell Carol. After three weeks of beading she wanted to make me an archer as I had just returned to the sport. She asked for advice and was given the same reply. The archer was completed some two weeks later to everyone's surprise.
Anyway here's the image to be completed.
