With BP reading of 130/80 from Tuesday, I had climbed quite a bit to 161/95. Quite a big jump, but I think there is no big problem. I had finished a 5 mile + walk some 30 minutes earlier, so it was to be expected. My blood is still good and my PSA has gone up from 1.9 - 2.1 As far as the Dr. is concerned, it is still 2.0, I have been requested to make an appointment with my GP regarding my BP and for her to make any decision on further drugs if needed. My next appointment at the hospital, is in 6 weeks time, sorted, I can not make an appointment at my local surgery for a blood sample to be taken, their system is not able to cope with such advanced dates, it seem 4 weeks maximum notice is the best they can do??? Life in general is still good, back into walking seriously again. I have switched to Nordic walking as this gives a full body workout. Abiraterone may have a muscle wastage label stuck to it (from what I have read), so it is war, ME v's THE DRUG!! Let battle commence.
