Two weeks ago I e-mailed the hospital the latest results of a blood pressure taken at my surgery. Within 2hrs I had a reply to double my dose of Prednisolone. Yesterday I went for a check-up at the hospital, and all was well. I left the examination room and got half way downstairs, when I realised I had not been given my updated prescription, so I went back for it. Sarah had another patient to see so another wait was inevitable. I caught her on her way out and asked for the paperwork. She too had forgotten all about it, but promised that I could just collect it today. True enough, it was there waiting for me. My complaint? The traffic was horrendous, and it is still a few days to Christmas. My next visit to the hospital is 2nd January, hopefully, traffic will be quieter, a LOT quieter
