Hi everyone out there Its 4 in the morning. I have just got back from my trip to Oz so suffering from jet lag! Thanks for all your wishes for Claire and I for her 30th birthday. We had a ball and that was because she had her PET scan results on the Friday before her birthday and found there was no evidence of disease WOW!!! The best present ever. The fluid around her heart is disappearing and things are going well at the moment. So for all of you wonderful friends out there it is good to receive good news because I think it gives us hope for us all who have been affected by this disease. Looking forward to hearing and replying to you all once my brain returns back to normal. Thinking of you all Claires mum Jane

Oh Jane, what fantastic news and a fabulous 30th birthday gift for Claire. I do hope that this enhanced your enjoyment of your visit with Claire. As a mum myself, I feel so much relief and joy for you both. I hope that she continues to improve and regain her health. 'Hip hip hooray Jane is happy today' lol. ......im so pleased for you both .... hey maybe you can finally relax a little bit now

we had good news too my son was told last week that the markings they saw re: bone scan

was nothing to worry about ..... so were not (worrying that is!)

LIVESTRONG ......... another wobble out of the way!

Its 4.17am jet lag still there but what a lovely start to the day to hear about your son. Its like winning the lottery a hundred times over isn't it.

Enjoy this wonderful news and I will too - bit early to have a drink but will toast you all with a hot chocolate.
