My son has been diagnosed with ewings sarcoma 6 weeks ago. My dad has got advanced lung cancer. and i feel my world is spinning out of control. My little boy who is 10 has had 2 blocks of chemo and i can see the weight drop off him. It is really hard to keep the brave face on in front of him and his little sister. My dad isnt doing to good either he made my mum promise not to send him back in hospital.

hi chocolate ,first off i am so sorry that your little boy has this awfull disease & also your poor dad. you must be under extreeme pressure.i agree you could do with a big cuddle please when you do have time write a blog you will be amazed in how it does help plus the suport & advice that you recieve back.my heart goes out to you . if help is offered to you please accept no matter how small ameal a cuppa please remember even though you are mother & daughter you need to look after you to be able to look after them . take care love n hugs to you all theresa xxxx
Hi Chocolate, my heart goes out to you. I often think if my son had my illness how would I and he cope so I'm glad its me and not him. You have the double barrell of your dad needing you too. I agree with Treeze. If you are offered help, take it and use it to your benefit. Everyone is leaning on you so you too need somewhere to lean even if its just to sound off and rant and rave. Children normally handle things better than we do.
I will be thinking of you and looking out for your blog for an update.
