Its just a short one tonight and nothing too emotionally taxing either as I dont want you all to think I am an absolute wreck!! I have an appointment with my plastic surgeon tomorrow morning to discuss my very overdue breast reconstruction. I am not even going to second guess what she will say or how the appointment will go as I have been disappointed before, I will let you know how it goes. The other problem I have had is my skin!! I had my first Herceptin last Monday and did have it for almost all of last year but I think I have had a skin reaction to it!! I have big angry red patches on my upper arms and inner thighs which is very itchy and dry but when I scratch it goes like hives. Also just inside my bottom lip is cracked and sore and I have a sore tongue!! I have got some calamine/aqueous cream from the chemist but I am going to try to see my GP as it doesnt seem to be getting any better.
I feel like I am improving by the day, been and got all the kids uniform and its my daughters 6th birthday Friday. Lots to look forward to and my chin is on the up!!
