So I got my results this morning and everything is fine. I dont know why I got in such a state. The CT shows the cancer is still very much under control and there are no new areas of concern. Also the patch on my lung on the last scan has now gone so they are pretty sure that was a bit of an infection. PHEW!! I have my MUGA scan Friday so as long as that is ok too I am to continue on the Herceptin and go back in 3 months again. I feel like I can breathe again. Thanks to everyone who commented on my last blog with lovely words of encouragement.
Now thats all done onto today...I nipped into the salon after the hospital to get my roots done so that was a nice treat. I am now currently draining my washing machine through the little hose at the front as I think the filter is blocked so the machine wouldnt empty....kids putting things in their pockets me thinks!!! Its painfully slow I have to say. Then I have the dreaded dentist to look forward to tomorrow morning to get my root canal finished...ouch!!
