A tired day.
Walked the dogs , pottered a bit including a few email bits.
Then slept- well took a while to nod off. I couldn't get warm. My temperature was ok. But I felt cold. So wrapped up in dressing gowns and managed to sleep. Woke feeling a bit better after a 2 hour am nap. Little headache, took 2 paracetamol which took the edge off.
A light feeling of nausea all day too, but the feeling of a lump in the throat has gone which is good.
Had lunch / pottered / did some work stuff on laptop. Then of course afternoon nap time.
Then zapping, of course running late. But while waiting they suddenly had me move to a different machine and I was in and out. Radiographer complimented my full bladder. To be fair I am pretty good now at drinking a big drink in the car on the way and then letting it go down by the time I get called.
Headache returned in the evening building up, by the time of bed (9ish) it was pretty bad - 2 paracetamol and it abated enough to sleep.
