newbie here

hi all so many here, i,m a 56yr lady, i have had 2 basal cell cancers, sucessfully removed, i am seeking why am i in so much pain? i have had low back pain since 1987 firstly put down to a boney inj which ok i accept, i had stomach ulser so couldnt take anti inflams made do with pain tabs, the pain went through sessions of not too bad to crying, over the last 4yrs i have had three heart attacks, and had stents put in, i am getting worried as i have been aneamic for years not investigated, the pain has now traveled to my ribs and it is excruiating its like being in a metal vice and noway to move without this darn pain, arthritis has never been tested i am now on morh slow release and ora morph in between but it is still coming through having nursing in my background i am begining to think more must be wrong as the pain is so bad how did you guys know you had this myloma i,m that fed up death looks sweet i have had pain since 1987 which is really getting me down, sorry to go on bad day again thanks for letting me join. cee
