It is with great sadness that i write this blog, I had an email from Babscatt's husband this eve and Babs passed away on December 26th its a very hard time for the family they are all in shock as am I. She was always so positive and supportive to me, and will be missed in the chatroom. I am going to send a mail to the family sending thoughts and strength for the coming time from myself and all on What now.

I am so saddened by this news, Caz. I met Babs at the Leicester Fiesta, she was a tiny little slip of a thing and she put up one hell of a good fight against this monster.
My thoughts are with her family right now, and with you, I know she was a good friend to you and was very supportive in the wider What Now community.
How very sad for all who knew Babs. I loved reading her posts and saw what a tower of strength she was to so many here. Please pass on my condolences to her family.
