My husband had his first oncology appointment last week since his operation had the usual X-ray first they said they were happy with that but you will have a CT scan soon, just to keep an eye on things, so all going along ok. He is getting his fitness back but he still gets a tightness around the front of his ribs especially if he does a bit too much, but this is normal and to be expected,
Hi my husband was told he had lung cancer that spread to his chest lymph nodes nearly 2 years ago and was told it was at stage 3 and operation is not an option we can not get rid of it we can just control it. He had first chemo then before the last 2 sessions he started radio therapy for 7 weeks 5 days aweek and was told its gone well done!!!!!!!!! but there is a little something we are not sure of so after many CT scans …
