May this holiday begin...

Less than one minute read time.

Can't wait to go on my holiday because the quicker I go, the quicker I come back and the quicker I come back the quicker I have the surgery and the quicker I have th surgery.... ..... how sad..!!! Hope a daily dose of my favourite books alternating with my music blasting in my ears will put all the negative and scary thoughts at bay... maybe I ought to add the odd bottle of cider...!

Not sad know just how u feel, you cant wait to evict the c monster and zap it to hell. Sure we all felt like this when waiting for treatment. If a drop of scrumpy helps you to cope wi the dark thoughts Lorillo then Id have a few glugs, long as you dont go overboard and add liver cirrosis to your probs! I have to say a glass of wine does seem to help my anxiety and my tolerence is so low I could never get a drink prob as the hangovers would be horrendous.Go on your Jollies have as good a time as you can and let that squatter know the heavy brigade are on the way! Love and blessings, Karen xox

I went to Spain for two weeks then returned to face lung lobe removal. Not the best holiday I have ever had but came back stronger and more able to cope with the surgery. A drop of Guinness and vino tinto was rather helpfull. The holiday we had AFTER the surgery was a different story..............

Good luck, enjoy, try to relax and gain strength. All will be fine. Love Bill xxx
