Well the operation to remove my left kidney went well, they had to remove some pancreas, some spleen, adrenal glands and lymphnodes - apart from that all went well - I went down to theatre at 1300 and apparently the operation finished at 1930 - I was in hospital until Thursday afternoon and oh boy wasn't it nice to get home - but I have nothing but praise for all of the medical teams that had anything to do with me and my care whilst in.
Now I've got to take it easy and am going to get stronger every day (well that's the theory!!!) let's see how it goes
Best wishes to all.
