Yes tomorrow my left kidney and I part company - I have know since 5th August that it was gonna have to come but tomorrow is the day - and now it's all beginning to seem rather real!!!!.
I have been an 'on-line' member since September and have spent the time reading, learning and being encouraged by people, that don't even know they have helped me, prepare for what is about to happen. Although I have 'messaged' a few special people who have really helped and inspired me by their positive attitude to what has happened to them, this is my first attempt at writing a 'blog' (I'm 60 I don't do 'blogs!!!) - it is going to be my diary of the journey I start tomorrow.
So THANK YOU to everyone who has got me this far, if I can help anyone I will willingly do so.
