U-oh!!!!

1 minute read time.
The continuing saga of my expanding t*t has reached another stage. I went for blood tests and came away with an empty arm, leastways I thought I had because of the amount Dracula pulled out of me. Today I had an appointment with my GP because I had been told over the phone last week that all the hormonal levels were normal, which has put things back to square one again. It appears that it isn't Gynaecomastia as originally suggested. The good thing about my doctor is that he talks to you and when leaving his surgery I always feel that I am a part of the process of treating me, not just an inconvenience he has to deal with. So after another examination of my chest area he was able to feel differences in the tissue between the two sides. It's good to know I am being taken seriously and not thought of as paranoid or a hypocondriac. He is now referring me to a consultant at Warrington hospital, the scary part of this is that the consultant is the main man for Breast Cancer. My doctor is pretty sure that the dreaded C word is not an issue in my case. The figures for male breast cancer are (thankfully) below 1% of all diagnosed BC's and he says that in the 25 years he has been a GP he has only seen one case. Also that my chest feels completely different than that one. The fact that I have more of less constant pain is also a reassurance because it's not normal or usual to have associated pain. Well that's a relief in itself as daft as that sounds. I'm hoping for some kind of cyst and everything is crossed, fingers, toes, eyes and anything else I have two of. What else can I do? The next few weeks are once again a journey along an unknown path, and all of us on this site have walked that path.
