Feeling positive

Less than one minute read time.
After a really bad start today and uncontrollable tears of panic I have ended the day feeling strong and focused on what I have to do and that is fight this with everything I've got and all the support around me. I spent time today with 2 of my oldest friends and my other sister in law visited with my gorgeous youngest niece and there were some moments of complete normality and a few laughs were even managed along with the obvious tears. I texted my mum saying we were having a nice time and I have great support to beat this ******! Got one back saying "that's the spirit! I was waiting for your strong will to show through!" Hence my user name. Heading to bed hoping to sleep.

A good positive attitude, but I know you will be thinking a range of emotions, to say the least..... Keep the positivity up and Go For It!!!! One of my best friends has been through this at this young age - she ran the Race for Life 10K just several months after treatment finished, this year, she's doing it again.... My friend Claire is an inspiration, it was tough for her, to say the very least, but it's all gone and she has her life back.
