1st cycle, day 6

Less than one minute read time.
Woke up with a slightly fuzzy head and feel about 80% today, think its the first day I've felt like I've actually had chemo. Temperature is still fine so I've taken a couple of paracetamol for the mild headache. Managed fine dropping the kids at school and nursery but having a lazy tv morning, guilt free!

    Hi there Strong-willed

The name is a good start.  Lethargy is one of the side effects, and i, for one, have found that one really needs to fight that Lethargy and remain mobile as much as possible.  Quite a few on this site have agreed that health and activity are very effective with coping with Chemo.  If you're going to put your feet up - - put them up on an Exercise Bike, and pedal your way to coping with the situation.

EVERYBODY, - I mean EVERYBODY seems to react differently to Chemo, but good health seems to be on the plus side.

    Luck    Dan
