Also if you click on the chat button on the left there is a chatroom where you can talk to patients and careers alike- always a wealth of information in there- and some good random conversations

Again, sorry you have joint the people on this side of what feels like an invisible fence. There are lots of us here, though, and although your situation is always particular to you, we all know what is is to wait for 'the next appointment/day'.
