I have been taking tamoxifin for 3 weeks and have already lowered my dose. I am having terrible back pain, upset stomach, cramps, blurred vision and bone pain.....is this all normal for other people on it?

There was a feature on the BBC news site today that said that tamoxifen appeared to work better for those people who had the worst side effects!! Cold comfort I know!!
