been on chemo now for two weeks and my hair is now starting to full out i new it was coming but its has started its well upseting :-( dont think i will be usning the cold cap again ? its going to full out right so why put myself though it

Hello sweet, It is very upsetting when your hair loss starts, to me it is the most important part of my appearance and I didn't shave my head I just let it go. It didn't fall out in clumps but became thinner and thinner and for me watching it go was not such a shock to me as I think it would if I did shave it. This is something personal to every one and you must do what ever feels right for you.
I wore my wig all the time outside of the house and that helped me a lot.
