wanna scream

ARRRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

 

JUST  been outside ionto the open air and screamed let out a bit of tension and scared the oldies on a bus going by lol

god that feels better think i mite make it a regular thing in fact i feel a tarzan like scream coming on

    Having a good scream does help hun, I take it out on my punch bag and oh do I feel better after beating the s**t outta that...love Carol x

    I have layed on my bed, buried my face in my pillow, screamed and flailed arms & legs at the same time - come to think of it, thats as close to a workout as I am ever gonna come LOL

    Anything that releases tension and or emotions, has got to be good for you.  Otherwise its grows into stress and thats NOT good for you.

    Let it all out!

    Biggles, Biggles, Biggles. Don't get mad - get even, even if you have no-one to get even with. Whack a traffic warden, Don't make your throat sore. Have a lemsip. Or a gallon or two of beer. Screaming is for girls!
