Just sitting here looking out my window a world away. The cool morning breeze wafts through on my face, work till 16:45 giving me time to reflect on what is going to happen tomorrow. PET scan at Nottingham City Hospital, ant had any info, like they said i would, all i have is a date and a time given to me over the fone, i'll look it up on the net, ask someone at MACLAND if they can enlighten me???
Anyone on here know anything? hardest thing is not being able to eat for the morning am diabetic and a big fella at that 6'6" tall and built like a brick S*** house. Hope there is a cafe nearby when i come out i'll be really hungry.
Am reading what you can do n cant do 24 hours before no strenuous exercise bugger thats running a marathon out the window then after work, ah well the olympic committee will just have to choose another ....lol
No food for 6 hours before, and only a light breakfast before looks like a maccy D's is out the question then, bagels and soft cheese it recommends, ewwww rather eat card board.
