diabetes and epilepsy

Less than one minute read time.

Now i feel i can ask anyone on here anything about this shit disease (sorry) but i have as well as neck cancer where it started from they are still trying to find out, but to top it off i have type 2 diabetes, and Epilepsy, both are under control and i live with them evryday, now this cancer tyhing has reared its ugly head!!!!!

anyone on here also have what i have????? I feel my type 2 diabetes cud hold up any treatment or treatments i have, i feel that with my twice daily insulin injections can be upped to combat any other things this vile disease can throw at me, same as the Epilepsy.

But it makes me think that the cancer which we all know is life threatening takes centre stage and the other two controlable illness / conditions i have can be and will be secondary to the Cancer.

How do i judge what is best for me????? answers on a postcode to "points of view" LOL

There we go again humour rears up

    Hi Big Al,

You have a lot to put up with my friend. But your Body will let you know which is best for you as well as the medics. All the best and good luck.

I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes after my cancer diagnosis (along with Hashimoto's syndrome and hypertension).

The only time the diabetes or hypertension have proved a problem is before surgical procedures.

I think it comes with serious illness, I'm afraid...

Hugs and good luck in your treatment

I am afraid my friend that all 3 are life threatening and all 3 must take precedance.

As Sarsfield said each will be dealt with if and when necessary.

Lets hope that you will see a time when all three are well and truly under control.

All the best Love Julie X
