14 down 30 to go

1 minute read time.

sorry but i know this sounds a bit off but i thought the RT would be a walk in the park, i tried to be a big as i am guy, but i have succombed to it now as it made my mouth as sore as long john silvers stump on a hot day in the west indies.

I am now only existing from 1 day to the next waiting for the day when my last day of RT comes along that is on the 24th Feb 2011. That day will be ringed in my diary and when all this pain is over and my mouth is back to normal, am going to have the biggest greasiest breakfast i can, have got the greasy spoon where we go on weekends at work to have his biggest dustbin lid sized plate ready, it may cost me a tenner but i am having it i am going without this greasy food for upto 10 weeks.

i am on as many pain killers as possible, mouth washes etc too, the radiographers in Lincoln oncology dept are indeed the best there is, nothing is too much trouble and my named nurse Sue has been actually fantastic nothing to much trouble

anyway 15th tomorrow and a break for the weekend
