Hi - I'm very new to this - both dealing with the effects of the cancer on my Dad and trying to manage this web site. The computer age had passed me by a bit, and I'm doing my best to work out how to use the site - but I will get there! I suppose I've joined to stop feeling so isolated and hopefully to see if any one else has any experience of this type of cancer. The specialist we saw has said it is very unusual - perhaps one case every 2-3 years - its a cancer of the nerves in the skull and it has taken everyone so long to come to any diagnosis that it seems to be untreatable now. Any advice on how to make my dad more comfortable would be greatly appreciated.
