That's been two weeks since I last updated here and I can honestly say that they have been the worst two weeks in my life for physical and mental pains caused by a "treatment" - Radiotherapy.
First off, I have seriously considered requesting that they stop punishing me for no gain in my condition. The last three days have been continuously bad with serious bouts of retching and vomiting. I did ask, if my last 6-7 days of my treatment and some recovery period could be processed as an in-patient. Due to the current Covid restrictions, etc., I cannot see this happening.
I have now completed 25 of 30 Radiotherapy sessions and I am taking Dissolved Paracetamol (1mg) + Oramorph (10mg/5ml) 4 times per day with MST Continus (20ml) for short/long-term pain relief. I have various mouthwashes and an anti-sickness tablet 3 times per day.
When will it all be over?
