Hi All Bert is on day 5 of his chemo and has all the usual side effects, nausea, diarrhoea, hasn't eaten since day 1. Now he has a fight to get his blood count back to something more like normal which I expect will take some time as he was Neutropenic before he even started the Chemo
He has an infection ?? where they don't know yet so his temp continues to spike despite all the antibiotics and fluids.
He is also very confused, we still do not have the result of his liver scan hoping to get that today so finger crossed for a good result as if it is not he will not get his Bone Marrow Transplant.
