To understand why I had a milestone moment the other day I have to take you back six years when I think my PC probably started.
So six years back I started to have to get up in the middle of the night to go and have a wee. One year later I was getting up twice a night I went to the doctors had a few test to see if my bladder was emptying which it was so nothing was done, I thought it was just an age thing (like most people think) so the last time I only had to get up to go on the toilet once, was six years ago.
Two nights ago I only got up to go to the toilet once, for me this was a big event. So in the morning I was feeling really good. That same day I had a lot of things to do so was out of the house from mid-morning to about fourish in the afternoon, the longest time away from home since my operation. I managed no leaks in the morning but the afternoon was not so good, almost filling my level two pad. It took the edge off my just getting up the once at night, but I think the up out did the down although only by a small amount.
I seem to be back to my normal routine of no leaks at night, none in the morning and depending on what I am doing just a small amount of leakage in the afternoon.
