Up until now, I have been wandering around the house and garden for my exercise. That changed yesterday, I did not want to overdo it so kept it down to about a mile. Today I have done about one and a half-mile. I feel fine, the only problem I have is with slight pain at the end of my penis where the catheter comes out. The other problem is the catheter leaks, not a lot but enough. I will buy some pads tomorrow.
