Thoughts from the frontline - 91

1 minute read time.

And it's Friday already again!

And another busy week comes to an end. Wednesday was a long day with a trip across to Felixstowe to see a potential new client. All good sexy stuff in that they make meters. Yep meters for gas, electricity, water and the like. I know it sounds very boring but they are into all this new "smart metering" where you can see how much electricity etc you are using and how much it's costing you. Certainly makes you turn that iron off as soon as you can!

Thursday was a day in the office where I was glued to the drawing board to crack out some designs that were needed by the end of the week. Did good, cooking on gas as they say!

T, however, was not doing so well in that she has a horrid cold at the moment. Workwise is a different matter in that T's work just won a top book design award and she also has to go to New York for a week in April to start some work for a new client. I asked if I could hide in her suitcase but she said no :-(

And today I'm back in the office again after an early morning breakfast meeting with quite a big design workload but it's going good so fingers crossed I will get home a bit early today!

The weekend is, once again, filled with wedding tasks and I have even chosen to cook a Sunday roast for all visiting helpers!

And then Monday will arrive way too soon. And it will be CT scan day. Bum, where did that last three months go to?

Have a great weekend everybody

Andrew xxx
