Hi all, I am hoping that someone with any experience of the AML trial, RO5045337, would share their experiences with us as my husband has been offered it as all other treatments have failed, and we are frightened and confused. He was diagnosed in 2006 and had a transplant which kept him well for over 3 years but sadly the AML is back and has beaten another 3 courses of Chemo. AAARRRGH!!!!!!

Hi!

I am about to start AML trial but it is AML len 5 - not sure if it will have a different name as I live in Scotland. It involves a drug called lenlalidamide.

Hi, we havent heard of AML len 5, there appear to be quite a lot off different things out there, it just befuddles us, my husband decided to turn down the trial he was offered, he thought it wasnt for him, he is now on meds to slow the AML down, but he is terminal..... We wish you luck with whichever treatment you take, keep strong, its a hard thing to go through,but many people do very well we hope you do. x
