    My husband had a secondary cancer of an of an undiagnosed primary.  The secondary originated in his groin, and now seems to have materialised in the left side of his fase, which has become numb, and causes excess saliva.  The doctors have diagnosed carcinomatous meningitis as the most likely cause, but this cannot be substantiated without a lumbar puncture and even then he would only be given palliative care due to his…
