Well on christmas day last year , i was standing outside bab's daughters house feeling sorry for myself and thinking if i would still be here now . babs grandaughter found me and asked what was the matter told her and she said don't be daft course i would . she was right of course
So much has happened in the last twelve months to make me want to hold on to life as long as i can thats not to say i don't still get depressed now and again but now fight it a bit better . In the last twelve months i have come to see thanks to the friends on here just how life continues even when we have this monster and just how lucky i am . Alot of you have lost loved ones in the last twelve months and i hope i have been able to bring some comfort to some of you . You all have also put your own grief and pain behind you on chat to help others in the same situation you are a fantastic lot of folk and its been realy good know ing you all. So let me wish you all A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR . Thank you all god bless you all Alan xxxxx
