A new decade yes, and for most of us we dont know what it will bring, alas for some on here they do, and to those my thoughts and prayers go out to them .
For myself i will be quite content if it goes as the last year has gone for me , It was not the best year of my life but at least it was not the worst that was 2008 . That was when diag and when the fear set in .As we all know when first diag we are all terriefied as to how we will cope and what will happen .Iwas no different ,i was lucky i got through with a lot of tlc from the team at hosp and friends and family . I would like to say to all those who have just been diagnosed please dont give up. the teratment for all types of cancer is a lot better than it was just a few years ago and a lot more are getting through and like me are getting on with life as best they can . you have to get all the help available and ask questions and learn to relly on those who want to help dont try to go it alone .I would like to thank all those carrers out there you are the ones who this damm monster efects the most i think, us patients cant do with out you . Wives Mothers sisters brothers friends you suffer as much if not more than those you care for and most of the time do it in silence . The new years honnors have just come out i think you all deserve to be honnered .To you all THANK YOU xxxxxxxxx
