After effects of radio threapy

Hi anyone out suffered after effects of radiotherapy I finished a 4 week stint nearly three weeks ago and am having what I would say is very painful problems from pain in the end of my penis to stinging pain most of day and night, been prescribed many pills and advise but nothing seems to work is this a common problem or any ideas how to get over it
