On Friday I started a Zumba class. I had been hesitant because of the adhesions pain but I loved it and tried to follow the dance routines as best I could. The music was very motivating: Dire Straits, some Latino, Back Street Boys to name a few. The teacher was enthusiastic and kept enjoyment to the maximum. Went back again this morning and was as brilliant as on Friday. The arm movement while dancing and stretching feels beneficial for the scar area but the tightness is just as bad after the class. But I have my pain relief injection tomorrow and it should last longer than last time, was from 36 to 48 hours last week so am expecting a similar increase this week. Fingers crossed.
