If any one out there knows or cares or has Acute Myelo Fibrosis please do get in touch we have no way of chatting to other people because this condition is so very rare .

I have a different MPD which is polcythemia and may at a later date turn into myelofibrosis.
MPDS are rare diseases and it is hard to find other people but we are out there!.
