Oh Marian, I'm glad you're going home to be with your mother but sad to think that the reason you are going is because the situation is pretty grave. I'm sure it will be a huge comfort to your mother to have you there with her, and a huge comfort to you to be with her. May you both find peace.
I only read your blog last night but was touched by each one of your 'jottings'. My heart goes out to you at what must be such a worrying time. I am sure you and your mother will find comfort in each other's presence.
