Mouth ulcers, sickness and sometimes cant poo!!

Friends who ignore me, or just disapear
They just cant handle it, I guess its just Fear,
They dont know what to say, so say norhing at all,
I am not contagious, its not like the flu,
If I make a joke, just join in, just be you.
Good friends are few, its true what they say,
They keep in touch day after day.
Family and friends to start with are sad,
Shocked that you have me because they know
you are BAD!!
I have a purpose, I HAVE to be Strong!!!!
To plan for the future, because I still feel Young
