Now it feels as if I have had to say goodbye to my left breast twice.
First before surgery, then again today.
Because the space somehow refilled with what became a rather large water-filled imitation of the lost breast.
Sadly, the ‘water boob’ could not stay either and had to be deflated by syringe.
All 500 millilitres of it.
I do hope this isn’t going to become part of my routine, though I fear it might be.
I am not keen on having a "saroma" but the chances are another may grow back.
That's unfortunate.
For me, boobies and syringes are like balloons and pins.
I. Can. Hardly. Bear. To. See. What. May. Happen. Next.
